In 2018

  • January NETbay cooperated with Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, Kasikorn Bank and Krungthai Bank to officially launch the TG e-Storage Charge system to provide the service of e-payment for cargo warehouse to customers importing goods through Thai Cargo Warehouse.

    NETbay collaborated with the Customs Department and duty free shop operators to launch go-live for Inland Declaration Message and Movement of Goods Report Message systems which enable operators to electronically submit duty free sales summary reports and movement reports for the use of import declaration to the Customs Department via NETbay’s gateway correctly and easily according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department.

  • March NETbay collaborated with the Customs Department and operators to launch go-live for Sea Manifest (Export) system which enables operators to report Sea Manifest (Export) to the Customs Department via NETbay’s gateway correctly and easily according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department.

    NETbay was selected by Autologic Co., Ltd (Autologic), which is an associate company in JWD Group, to install Confirmation of Goods Report Message system which enables the company to transmit data to the Customs Department via NETbay’s gateway correctly and easily according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department.

  • April NETbay was selected by SCG International Corporation Co., Ltd. (SCGI), which is an associate company in the Siam Cement Group (SCG), to develop e-Customs System Interface with Back-end System. This project is a major project of SCGI and is a further development of Bright & Shine Project 2017 of SCG Logistics Management (SCGL) to be connected with Finance System of SCGT. The project will allow Financial Department of SCGT to receive and apply electronic information for operation correctly and quickly.

    NETbay signed Data Transmission via Gateway Agreement with Ocean Network Express (Thailand) Ltd. (ONE) to allow ONE to electronically submit Sea Manifest report and e-Transit/Transshipment data to the Thai Customs Department and the Port Authority of Thailand via NETbay’s gateway according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department

  • June NETbay cooperated with Lazada Express Limited (LEL), which is a part of Lazada Group, the largest online shopping center in the Southeast Asia with its business operation in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, to launch go-live for Application Programming Interface (API) and Time-Stamp Application for Import e-Express System. The system connects Back-end System of LEL and sends the e-Express information to the Thai Customs Department in order to show proof of goods declaration as well as make tax payment for goods imported to Thailand according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department. In addition, the system would also provide respond data, specifying the date and time of the operation, to Back-end System of LEL automatically. Regarding the project, NETbay is developer of the connection between the e-Express system and the main system of LEL as well as provide gateway which is data interchange between LEL and the Thai Customs Department.
  • July NETbay collaborated with DHL Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (DHL) to initiate go-live for e-Transit/ Transshipment Interface with Back-end system. The system connects data with Back-end System of DHL so that DHL can submit e-Transit/Transshipment data correctly and quickly to the Thai Customs Department via NETbay’s gateway automatically as well as reduce the risk of human error.
  • August NETbay was selected by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited to develop e-Air Waybill (e-AWB) system to allow the exporter to enter the Air Waybill data via the system by themselves and send information to the Thai Airways system in electronic form.

    NETbay cooperated with WHA Corporation PCL (WHA) to launch go-live for Confirmation of Goods Report Message system to enable WHA to submit data to the Customs Department via NETbay’s gateway correctly and easily according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department.

  • November NETbay has entered in an agreement with DHL Express (Thailand) Company Limited (DHL) in a project of development and connection of Cloud Drive Service and the main logistics system of DHL so that customers and business partners of DHL is able to access and inspect the data of import and export declaration retrospectively. In addition, they are able to inspect and print out real-time declaration which can be used anywhere, anytime and with any devices.
  • December NETbay has entered in an agreement with DHL Express (Thailand) Company Limited (DHL) in a project of development and connection of Draft on Cloud for Import Declaration and the main logistics system of DHL so that customers and business partners of DHL is able to access and inspect/amend/confirm draft version in the system by themselves before DHL submits the data to the Customs Department, In addition, they are able to inspect and print out real-time draft version of import declaration which can be used anywhere, anytime and with any devices.

    NETbay was selected by Cargill Thailand to develop Import Declaration Data Interface system to connect with Back-end System of Cargill and submit e-Declaration to the Thai Customs Department in order to show proof of goods declaration as well as make tax payment for goods imported to Thailand according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department. In addition, the system would also provide respond data, specifying the date and time of the operation, to Back-end System of Cargill automatically.

    NETbay signed Data Transmission via Gateway Agreement with Red Bull Distillery (1988) Co., Ltd (Red Bull) to allow Red Bull to electronically submit Confirmation of Goods Report Message to the Thai Customs Department via NETbay’s gateway according to the regulations of the Thai Customs Department.

In 2017

  • January NETbay has entered into an additional agreement with SCG Logistics Management Company Limited (SCGL) in a project of Car Manifest E-Submission to facilitate the preparation and submission of car manifest at checkpoints or cross-border checkpoints. NETbay is the developer of the Car Manifest E-Submission which connects to the e-Declaration system and also provides the gateway service at SCGL for automatically transmitting car manifest data with Thai Department of Customs.
  • February NETbay has fully launched the system for the Bright and Shine Project with SCG Logistics Management Company Limited (SCGL), which is the affiliate of Siam Cement Group (SCG). Such Project is the large project of SCGL for changing the logistics systems of all affiliates of SCG Group, including the sale system, the delivery system, and e-Declaration data transmission to the Department of Customs for automatically presenting evidence, declaring goods, and paying import tax and export tax according to rules of Thai Department of Customs. NETbay is the developer of the connection between the e-Declaration transmission system and the main system of SCG, and also the service provider of gateway at SCGL for data transmission with Thai Department of Customs.
  • March NETbay cooperated with Thai Airways (Public) Company Limited to develop the e-Storage Charge system for providing the service of e-payment for cargo warehouse to customers importing goods through the warehouse of Thai Airways.

  • October NETbay developed e-Express system with Lazada Express Company Limited (Lazada) which is a part of Lazada Group, the largest online shopping center in the Southeast Asia with its business operation in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Such system is the e-Express for importationexportation and e-Commerce, which transmits data electronically in order to reduce procedures and duration of customs clearance. It provides the services of transmitting data, canceling data, and creating electronic data from Lazada to the Department of Customs in order to report the import and export manifest at one time by inputting only a single file, including guaranteeing the data connection to the declaration submission system to facilitate more convenient and easier operations.
  • November NETbay developed the e-Transit / e-Transshipment system announced and enforced by the Department of Customs for warehouse service providers at nationwide airports and transit/transshipment entrepreneurs. E-Transshipment is the customs procedure under which goods are transferred under Customs control from the importing means of transport to the exporting means of transport within the same port or place where the point of entry and the point of exit are outside the Kingdom. Customs clearance procedures relating e-Transit / e-Transshipment (Transit/Transshipment Declaration, Transit/Transshipment Entry, Special Declaration for Container, Container Transfer under Customs Control Form, and e-Transit) are the customs procedure under which goods are transported under Customs control from one port or place of entry to another port or place of departure where the point of entry and the point of exit are outside the Kingdom.
  • DecemberNETbay developed the Air Manifest reporting system announced and enforced by the Department of Customs for warehouse service providers at Don Mueang Airport, which are Asia Ground Service Company Limited (AGS) and Technology Asia Pacific (TAP). It is the system for electronically reporting Air Manifest to the Department of Customs in advance.

Year 2012

  • On 1 August 2012, the Company increased its registered capital from 50 million baht to 90 million baht. Proceeds from capital increase were used to finance acquisition of Cloud Creation Company Limited.
  • The Group of Companies has possessed all required qualifications as specified by AMLO in providing CDD Gateway services. The Group of Companies started providing CDD Gateway services since 14 September 2012.

Year 2014

  • On 1 January 2014, the Company acquired SoftwareLink Company Limited.
  • On 1 April 2014, the Company increased its registered capital from 100 million baht to 160 million baht. Increased capital of 6 million baht was allocated to existing shareholders of the Company and increased capital of 54 million baht was allocated to Mr.Pichit Viwatrujirapong as the payment for acquisition of Software Link Company Limited.
  • On 22 April 2014, the Company was converted into a public limited company. Its registered capital was increased to 200 million baht so that its shares could be listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai).
  • In June 2014, the Company started Sea e-Manifest service

Year 2013

  • On 4 December 2013, the Company acquired 99.99% of stake in Cloud Creation Company Limited for the total investment amount of 50 million baht.
  • On 25 November 2013, the Company increased its capital from baht 90 million to 100 million baht. All shares were allocated to existing shareholders.

Year 2012

  • On 1 August 2012, the Company increased its registered capital from 50 million baht to 90 million baht. Proceeds from capital increase were used to finance acquisition of Cloud Creation Company Limited.
  • The Group of Companies has possessed all required qualifications as specified by AMLO in providing CDD Gateway services. The Group of Companies started providing CDD Gateway services since 14 September 2012.

Year 2011

The Company was selected to provide Electronic Transaction Reporting Gateway services (ETR Gateway). Such system facilitates and helps banks to reduce expenses in preparing and submitting electronic reports to AMLO.

Year 2010

The Companies joined the sub-committee in coordinating and monitoring the implementation of RFID System of the Department of Customs.

Year 2009

On 25 February 2009, the Company increased its registered capital from 10 million baht to 50 million baht so that it could meet requirement as prescribed by the Bank of Thailand in providing switching service.

Year 2008

  • The Company developed and provided a new service called Sea Manifest. Cruise liners and their agents are main users of Sea Manifest.
  • The Company developed and launched a new service called e-Express. Global leading express couriers like DHL, FedEX, TNT and UPS are main users of e-Express. They have used e-Express in creation, recept and submission of electronic documents and making electronic tax payments.

Year 2007

  • The Company was the sole provider of air cargo manifest services in the form of e-Customs paperless for all terminal operators at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
  • The Company launched Customs e-Payment Gateway that allows submission of data regarding tax payments between the Department of Customs and banks operating in Thailand.
  • The Company’s software products and services were used by leading express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS in creation, receipt and submission of electronic documents in e-Customs Paperless form with the Department of Customs.

Year 2006

  • The Company participated in preliminary e-Customs Paperless project and the Company was permitted to fully provide e-Customs paperless services.
  • The Company participated in preliminary e-Express Consignment project whereby the Company developed a system that allows customs officers to receive electronic data and documents from express couriers.
  • The Company developed Air Cargo Manifest system in EDI form which allowed terminal operators to manage data concerning air cargo.

Year 2004

On 19 November 2004, the Company was established to engage in the business of developing software products for e-Business services and providing computer networkings among business organizations and government agencies. Its initial registered capital was 10 million baht.
